Oh yes it is! Though it has developed a tendency towards context variability of late. Different roles see different controls and this can be a bit daunting when "playing on your own" to find out what it can do. Better make sure you know the difference between Chat and Channel, how many people you are going to be calling, if it's private or public... the controls jump from top to bottom of the screen, using different icons and there are some circumstances when you can only have a meeting by booking it in the calendar.
