Hello, I'm wanting to come in at the bottom of IT with a L1 service role. I've recently studied:
CompTIA A+ 220-1001
CompTIA A+ 220-1002
CompTIA N10-007 Network +
Microsoft 70-680 TS Configuring Windows 7
I live in the Manchester area (Glossop)
I was a primary teacher for 20 years, and more recently ran my own handyman/ tutoring limited company.
