I had not thought about the mindset of the typical SMB owner. They probably see AWS as a direct threat, and Google as one of several bad things.
OTOH, m$ has an entire empire built on customers not realizing how badly they are being ****** ****.
Having worked as an SRE at G, and paying attention since, I have little doubt that from an architectural perspective, G is way ahead for delivering reliability and scalability. I expect that by now, they have most of the design issues fixed. So, features & price. But m$ has Office. ****
