Vodafone staff TUPED to IBM
When Vodafone staff were preparing to be TUPED over to IBM GTS last year, an enterprising employee kicked up a stink about the rumoured poor bonuses that IBM paid and insisted that TUPED staff got a salary rise to at least partially address that. Thanks whoever that was. The leaked email at around the same time that said a large percentage of TUPED staff would be made redundant in first 18 months post TUPE took the edge off it though, just like the news that 'poor bonus' is now 'no bonus'. Pity those Vodafone customers who are now on the receiving end of service from demotivated TUPED employees.
