The really effing annoying thing about the Boeing MCAS software glitch, is that testing was done, testing highlighted the MCAS was glitchy, it raised the requirement for dual sensors and an alarm monitoring it, which did not happen, they were developing a software fix before the first crash, yet they still allowed it to happen twice cause Airbus were pounding them commercially.
