For an instant there I wondered what sort of fixed rolling road test rig could handle that.

Do they have an 00 gauge facility? Several second-hand purchases make annoying noises - but only when running on the track. Someone must have devised an 00 gauge rolling test rig - or a dynamic track analyser.
