We were the global leader in outsourcing, with the biggest contracts
and the most expensive failures. Hence the lack of other countries wishing to follow the shining example that the members of your lobbying organisation have set. If they'd produced excellent work for a competetive price, they would have got more work because of their track record of success, and wouldn't need to pay for lobbyists to persuade credulous politicians to give more handouts to them. Uhntil they realise that sutomatic awarding of contracts to the lowest bidder is something very different to best value for money, because quality is worth a great deal, the cycle of failure will just repeat itself.
