Maybe outside of the USA. Here they think in F-A, which is notoriously fuzzy. In addition, A for Effort is a very real problem.

On the other hand, in the USA nothing gets the message across better than walking into a bank branch (or executive office) with a color printout from ssllabs.com showing a nice, big, red F...
