You won't. There aren't enough of your type to make it worthwhile. And the loss-leaders will eat the honest businessmen for lunch. What's needed is some kind of business ethic law that requires that any going concern must put people (including clients/customers and employees) above making money (if they can't do both at the same time, perhaps they shouldn't be in business, no?), punishable with proper and effective punishments (either jail time for those responsible or fines big enough to hurt and set up to avoid it being lawyered away).
