I respect your opinion. A lot of people just look at it as sysv vs. systemd but in reality it should be looked at for the pros and cons. I've said somewhere above, systemd is great for enterprise but terrible for expert users. As most sys admins are expert users, they naturally do not like systemd compared to sysv which is great for expert users but (in my honest opinion) isn't a truly enterprise worthy solution. I personally would like to see something better than either sysv or systemd.
