I have content filtering set up at home at network level by pointing DHCP-supplied resolver settings at OpenDNS where I have various categories blacklisted.
If the family member web browsers start ignoring the host resolver settings and instead going to Mozilla's pre-determined DoH caches, then that completely subverts my own DNS-based filtering setup since the browser is completely unaware of this.
And no please don't tell me I should have a Mozilla account set up for each family member. I have spent years discouraging my kids from signing up to accounts on the internet.
