Re: Help with "Innovative Solutions"
An innocent Brazilian in a world where police didn't have facial recognition. Surely he of all people would've stood to benefit from any alternative technologies they might have had, that could've caused them to act differently (no matter *what* difference) on that day.
Surely what matters with such cameras is what they do with the information. Isn't the most likely usage (for the foreseeable future) to alert a human to look at such-and-such?
