Just once I want to see an MP or government department actually carry out their threat to sack one of these companies. Crapita get given contract after contract, consistently underperform and then get more contracts. I've never heard of, yet alone met, anyone who has a good thing to say about the quality of service they provide and that goes for pretty much every one of the outsourcing companies working on UK.gov contracts.
