Still my opinion comes with a 22-year background in IT and 3 university degrees out of which one is Law ...
So I guess until the judge and jury get at least a 22-year IT hardware tech handover, they can be swayed anyway the lawyers want ...
A less than great implementation of a good idea that was then sabotaged by compiler discrimination is not really resonable cause to redefine the "computing core" ...
Sharing one execution engine and doubling others while sharing L2 or L3 cache does not redefine the "core" in comparison with a core sharing the BPU and the cache IMHO ...
