If you watch some of the stuff from the ISS, it's pretty clear that while the crews may not be engaging in zero G orgies, they do all get on well, especially considering that you're sharing a rather cramped space.
Plus it's still pretty hard to become an astro/cosmonaut. So I'd expect "getting on with others" is part of the psych profile.
