Personally I find that the word "just" immediately rings alarm bells. It implies a confidence (which is almost always utterly misplaced) on part of the speaker/writer that this is a trivial thing requiring little to no effort on your part, and also sneakily implies that your unwillingness to do said thing is due to incompetence, bloody-mindedness or both.

Just start paying attention to it, you'll be amazed at how often it gets slipped seamlessly yet completely unjustifiably into a conversation.
