I like these remarks, specifically #2. Updating a list of the different ways&reasons (or just the common and 'popular' ones) in&for which people can create problems as discovered thus far is just foolish. I don't know what the book or whatever was called, but I once heard the Catholic Church tried to compile a list of all the possible sins, forever ago-- in order to explicitly disallow them all. It got real silly.
But go ahead, sign yourselves up for Contributor Covenant 13.2 which has a clause for inclusively preserving all those pansexual hermaphroditic mer-persons' parahuman rights.
