Only Trump isn't your common, or garden, liar. His behaviour is consistent with that of a narcissistic sociopath, who doesn't only lie occasionally as convenient or strategically to reach a goal. he lies because he cannot accept that the world as it really is is different than the one he wants it to be. If the same behaviour was exhibited by a prole rather than a billionaire he would be committed.
