To add to your 2 cents. For me there are 3 stories or 3 characters here, all heroes / anti-heroes in their own way:
1. Schrems
2. Snowden
3. Assange
All 3 changed the world. But you get the impression that the first 2 were more 'selfless' in their acts. Whereas Assange seems the most mercurial and self-serving of the 3. He's also far more directly 'political' than the other 2. Plus the public narrative has been massaged by larger forces, so what's the whole truth?
