Let Hardware and Software manufacturers pay the cost of recycling their own product !
Where a product is trashed by bugs or an operating system has never properly been supplied in full functioning and working order, requiring continual updates and bug fixes, that then ceases to be supported invalidating hardware Make them pay.
Understand FIT FOR PURPOSE.
Otherwise you will get fairy-floss and a piss puddle of excuses.
