The current state of screening does leave a lot (everything?) to be desired.
My wife passed her screening in October, and again in March and again in April but in April she was then diagnosed with invasive Grade 2 carcinoma that has already started to spread. Anything that improves diagnosis sounds like a darned good idea.
Having just had plastic surgery for a smaller and very different cancer I am now very much in favour of better, cost effective diagnosis and early tailored treatment.
