Off with e's head: E-cig explosion causes first vaping death

Lost relatives to it.

Nearly got killed by it (near RTA caused by ash in eyes at speed from car in front).

If vaping saves lives and saves on cancer surgery, good, just keep it regulated to avoid exploding vapourisers.
