Oracle are out of the running for anything at most organisations due to their licencing chicanery and past record on pretty well everything.

We went with Redhat mostly for QAd & regulated releases and updates. Support never amounted to much (unless you're a blue chip company). The training system was quite useful a few years back for hiring, you at least needed a semblance of a clue for RHCE.
