it isn't that simple. As someone who lost their dad to prostate cancer and my dads brother had it and his first cousin had it, I'm at a higher risk. I go and get a PSA test done every few years (I'm 47) but they have a high chance of a false positive so they aren't given universally and currently there isn't really any other tests around although work is being done to improve this. Its NOTHING to do with men being second class citizen its purely a medical issue. Nothing to see here move along
