€35.702 per year after tax
82m2 flat, non luxury or anything, €1400 per month (As Germans say "could" meaning no hot water energy etc.) around 1670 with the stuff included
reduce transportation, car, insurance, etc. etc.
there is not much left ... and I don't live a luxury lifestyle
