It's a good question, neutrinos are everywhere and can carry a large amount of energy, but they don't carry electrical charge and only interact via the weak nuclear force (and gravity) unlike electrons (carry electrical charge) and quarks (electrical charge and strong nuclear force). This is sometimes expressed as having a tiny interaction cross section (the area one needs to pass through to be affected by another particle).
