Indeedy, YT is an amazing resource in that respect, brilliant for when you want to take a laptop apart because more often than not someone's kindly made a video which gives you an insight to what parts are stuck together and in which order to take them apart so you don't end up breaking bits.
The same when you're interested in product XYZ, people love to show off their new toys & gadgets so you get to see an end user playing with it, a visual try-before-you-buy which can be far better than pictures and text of its specifications.
