Services sucks
Services is a tough game.. especially for the bigger multinationals DXC, IBM GTS, Tata, Infosys etc.
- Sales guys promise the world...
- Management of the company that's outsourcing know the service providers do their dirty laundry of taking on staff and then moving their roles off shore (India, China, Brazil - where ever it's cheap).
- The poor delivery guys holding the can are told more each week to do more with less.
There is probably still a place for smaller local service providers in each country, where they can maintain some local / more responsive skill sets. Otherwise buyer beware.....
