If you want to kill -9 systemd, fork RHEL without systemd, similar to that of devuan and debian. If there's enough traction Red Hat will abandon systemd, i.e. hit them where it hurts and all that. Surprise Oracle hasn't caught on and fork RHEL w/out systemd.
