If it really was intelligent
Given the task of "get the most points in Ms Pac-Man" the intelligent thing to do would be to disassemble the code and hack the score counter - that is human intelligence at work. I believe it will be a very long time, or a massive leap in technology, before AI is able to make that kind of decision.
