Is it a "F-R-A-M-E-W-O-R-K" that ought to be "A-D-O-P-T-E-D" ?

Or is it a "C-H-A-N-G-E-O-F-C-U-L-T-U-R-E" ?

Either way - it doesn't sound "I-N-T-U-I-T-I-V-E" and it'll be hard to convince a generation of programmers that grew up with the 2-click-rule to utilise DevOps as solution to - exactly which problem ?
