It's very hard to write a text addressed to a whole country without it ending up as condescending baby talk, and probably impossible for corporate PR people to avoid that tone, because it's built into their DNA. So I guess we have to ignore that when reading it and focus on the argument: "or be faced with negotiating bi-lateral trade deals with Europe and the rest of the world... [exiting the EU] will slow business and government decision making for a period of time". In other words, bugger up the UK as a trading nation for many years. QED. Remain, and don't forget to vote.
