Here's plausible reason why there are no US Names
I'm a UK ExPat living in the land of the free & just realized most of you are blissfully unaware of :

TLDR - snitch on a tax fraud and prove it and you can be awarded 30% of what the IRS recovers.
Also a plausible motive for the hack as well...
