Debian (ergo Ubuntu), Fedora, OpenSUSE - all of these play nice with UEFI in my experience. Secure Boot's the pain, unless you use Ubuntu, which plays nice with it.
It's possible to get others to play nice (eg rEFInd boot loader), if you can get all the binaries signed and the keys into your mobo's keystore. But that's a pig in the tits so I just turn off SB and have done with it.
