I am making a good living cleaning up after badly DevOpsified stuff, much like agile its not some kind of magical unicorn tears that you sprinkle around and everything works.
Currently I see a lot of the following:-
Agile = Waterfall without the testing.
DevOps = Writing puppet modules that only sort of work then finishing the configuration by hand.
