1) Do not understand IT one iota.

2.) Lazy.

3.) Say\think "Nothing I do is cause for alarm."

4.) "Everyone already has this address in their contacts."

5.) "It's all too confusing."

I could go into all the excuses I've encountered in my time, but I won't bore you with them, you've already heard them.
