Having your work make a real impact and become a difference maker is powerful. The passions of the heart cannot be denied. Employees are people and people want to believe in the heart. Corporations are entities and entities believe the numbers. On the job numbers matter, but the passion of the heart is undeniable and should not be taken for granted.
