What part of "air gap" do you not understand?
Stuxnet demonstrated that humans and SneakerNet prove that most corporate/national security have absolutely zero clue about security.
As a side-note, my programmable logic controllers are quite adequately managed by one of the BSDs (and sometimes Slackware). Microsoft products aren't used in these here parts.
