In charge of 11 Drupal 7 sites, 4 Drupal 6 sites, 2 Drupal 8 and 4 Wordpress sites. Got the notification within 1 hour and very simple to run a bash script to do:
curl https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/SA-CORE-2014-005-D7.patch | patch -p1
Shame about the White House Drupal 7 site though ...
