Dear Mr. Cook,
If you are so concerned about the percentage of non-Caucasians working for Apple, why don't you find a country which is populated by non-Caucasians, Botswana, for example, and set up Apple Africa there? Assist in training the local youth in programming by sponsoring Computer Science degrees from the local university if not enough expertise is available. God knows, Apple is awash in cash. It would be a win-win situation for all.
