if you are running on an "OS" (and I use the term loosely) that doesn't zero pages before handing them to another process, then
... you're running on an OS which is not Orange Book C2 compliant - this is the "Object Reuse" requirement. I don't know of a contemporary virtual-memory OS which isn't at least C2.
