They'd make a mint if they just manfactured British managers who *didn't* either ignore, disbelieve, sell out, or otherwise completely mismanage existing British R&D resources. Just adding more fuel to the fire may just make bigger craters.
Maybe they could set up a Kite-Mark safety standard for Management Technical Sanity.
