Thanks for the comment, actually our current system is feature rich, and seems a bridge too far for a small group of vocal users. We use FirstClass for Education. As we are educational, the flux of messaging is large, some days not much, closer to exams or other deadlines, it can become heavy, it’s not business usage. Mail boxes range from a few mb to many gb.... so we must plan for large mailbox stores and get lucky with small ones.
Your last paragraph is almost exactly what I mentioned in a meeting and faced a bunch of blank stares... Glad to know I’m not losing it.
