    Now if they can only stop the flow of US chips used in Russian weapons. There was a huge TI DSP chip in the remnants of a Russian missile strike, and a lot of the captured tanks/communication/launchers/etc have a good percentage of American high tech electronics.

    In other words, impervious to US sanctions. Unlikely that ZTE and CCP didn't know about it.
