But are they providing services there or are they outsourcing work from other countries to those offices? If the latter their customers should be worried.

Perhaps you could ask the chancellor of the exchequer Rishi Sunak, whose wife owns hundreds of millions of pounds worth of shares in Infosys, how he feels about continuing to make money from their Russian operations.

It's going to get messy......

The Indian Government have been pretty cosy with Moscow and don't seem to be in much of a hurry to condemn the atrocities in Ukraine.

Companies will any moral fibre (anybody know of one??) should start to divert away from Indian Mega-Corp outsourcing and managed service providers, not only because it's the right thing to do, but how long before Russian Cyber warfare specialists start to use poor quality Indian tech-support firms as a stepping stone into Western companies and their systems?

Of course, it's a great way to exploit cheap labour, so they won't do it.....but let's wait and see what happens in the next few months.

India isn't that happy with Russia. Sure, they source some military hardware from that direction; but ask about the farce that is India trying to get Russia to build it a (new) SSN.

Russia has been trying palm off a 30-year old hull for top dollar. And India is having none of it.

Indian industry isn't quite there - yet - to compete on mil hardware. Not for want of trying, I would imagine the likes of Hindustan aircraft etc will be seeing funding boosts to try and generate independent capability using what they have learned over decades from both Western and Russian suppliers.

... he's on the same script of Putin and Xi Jinping- fuel a nationalist-religious movement to seize power and maintain it. All these people are looking at how the West react and how long it can last, to plan their next moves. And in no way they will turn against Putin - if nothing because it keeps the West busy containing him.
