    I don’t know why but there’s something about the product name “Snapdragon” that really grinds my gears.

      Perhaps because it sounds like an abnormally large blood sucking mosquito?

      If they keep kinda loosing customers, then maybe SnatchDragon will be better (but that sounds like a STD, which in itself sounds like a standard... nothing is named right)
