    Better add another couple of zeros to that £40m figure then.

    Formerly know as the FCO...

    It should read the former FCO. The FCO (Foreign and Commonwealth Office) merged with DFID (Department for International Development) last year to form the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office).
