    I believe Kunlun 1 was actually fabbed in Korea. Seems likely Kunlun 2 will also be built outside China, so while the design here appears impressive it doesn't help with reliance on external partners ....

    Curiously, Baidu filed with the United States' Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to sell senior notes last week.

    That was extremely generous of Baidu ...to exercise themselves a very simple action that will allow billions of foreign assets to flow in their direction and into their direction in search of and in great expectation of greater shared dividends ..... common wealth.
