    I hope their foray into "low-code" goes better than Government's recent history with agile methodology. The NAO report in a few years should be entertaining reading.

    What does this code do?

    Oh, don't worry about that, that code moves excess zero's from the amount allocated to tax rebates for those on Universal Credit, over to the 'consultancy miscellaneous account'.
