      Unfortunately, the West is lagging behind. President Biden's proposed budget has only $50bn for its similar investment program.

    Great where are they going to get all the water and where are they going to dispose all the toxins? Good jobs are all good but that sounds like a lot of strain

      I would hope part of it would be to increase re-cycling of water and any toxin materials they use. Which would lead to needing less water and releasing less toxins to the environment.
